Hello everyone, I would really appreciate anyone help. We have 6 video cameras and we use Hik-Connect app on phone to view and playback. My phone is fine but my wifes phone stopped allowing playback. I cleared cashe but it didnt work so I reinstalled the app.
When I reinstalled the app and logged in I can see our set up including the 6 named camera boxes but they start to load, get to like 85% then I get a message saying: "Device decoding timed out. Check the device network connection.
Keep in mind I can see everything fine but her phone isnt working and we have the EXACT same Samsung S21.
