Is it turned off, or just illustrating that those ports are currently not supplying POE? (being used)
What happens when you connect a POE camera?

Yes the PoE port 3-8 are turned off.. only Port 1 & 2 are working. Tested the other 6 cameras using port 1 & 2 and they are working just fine.. so I assume the PoE ports are switched off as it is stated on the NOTICE that the Power Rating of all the Ports is 120.0 W but the Real Power as exceeded the Power Rating 12236.5 W. How do I get the Real Power to be less then the rated Power..?? so the PoE Port switch will be switched back On.

Those numbers just don't make sense:
A standard fixed POE camera would be rated at about 6 Watts.
The maximum power for an IEEE 802.3af device is 15.4 Watts.
If you move up to the 802.3at POE+ standard then it is 30 Watts.
A really power-heavy PTZ speed dome with motors, wipers and built-in IR would take 60 Watts from a separate special high-power POE injector.

I don't know what is going on here - how you are seeing such high numbers.
It's an older model, we no longer have one of those on our demo system that I can cross-check with.
I have no past knowledge of Hikvision camera/POE ports being able to be turned on/off.

Some extra info that @Dan drew to my attention:

It's my problem too.
I think the problem came after running the device in a hot room (above 35 Celsius)

My NVR is Hikvision 8-Channel NVR with PoE - DS-7608NI-E2-8P.

This looks strange. Always keep the nvr with poe cool. Maybe the PoE Unit is damaged.
