Help with adding a 4th turbo HD camera

Hi I have a Hikvision 7200 and 3 cameras which have worked great for the past year, however I am trying to add a 4th camera (turbo HD not IP camera). There is definitely power to the camera but everything I try just says no video. The camera I am adding is a Ds-2CE56H1t-1t3z. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I have checked the cables and different connections on the NVR unit.

For your DVR:
When 1080p Lite mode not enabled: 3 MP/1080p/720p/VGA/WD1/4CIF/CIF;
When 1080p Lite mode enabled: 3 MP/1080p lite/720p/VGA/WD1/4CIF/CIF

Wonder if the 5MP is too high in resolution? See specs...just a thought.
