Hi wonder if someone can help I had hikvision system installed , few days later one of the cams stopped working , and changed internet provider since .... because of the cam not working my boy got assaulted in our back yard...
Logging into the app deleted all the settings as the internet provider changed ...
the installer was paid in full for job but will not sort the faults.
I cannot seem to get it working and access the app and cams remotely..
I’m really not tech minded and also since have found he’s
reset the device password , changed the app password , email , phone number switched the DVR to offline
so it will not allow me change anything so any help with totally idiot proof destructions would be great...

I hope this is ok for admins as no where else to turn
Messages and emails welcome

Forgot to add it’s a DS7200 series with 4 IP cams

Install Hikvision's SADP utility on a PC on the same network.
Run SADP.
That will show the current IP address of your NVR/DVR, and will enable you to begin a password reset.
However, you will need an installer or reseller to process your password reset request (Hik Tech Support will not deal with end-users).
