Hello,

I did purchase Reolink cameras, it is fine in the day but night vision is one big blur.

I am looking at Hilook cameras, I need one bullet, one dome/turret.

The bullet doesn't really matter but the dome/turret ideally should be ik10.

The models I am looking at I will put below, just debating whether a 8mp varifocal with black and white night vision vs a 5mp with colorvu fixed lens. I am only monitoring the driveway so don't need long range but just looking for advice on if colour night vision is all that or a better quality black and white version is better? I have no experience of the hilook range or colorvu.

Is digital zoom good enough on the fixed lens hilook's rather than an optical one for facial recognition?

Reolink is just not customisable ie shutter speeds etc which is no good, I didn't realise this before purchasing.

Models to consider:

HiLook IPC-B680H-Z 8MP 4K Varifocal Bullet 2.8-12mm MFZ

HiLook IPC-T680H-Z 8MP 4K Varifocal Turret 2.8-12mm MFZ

HiLook IPC-D180H-UF 8MP 4K Dome Camera with Audio 2.8mm

HiLook IPC-B159H 5MP IP Colorvu Bullet Camera

HiLook IPC-T259H 5MP IP Colorvu Turret Camera

If I was rich I would get hikvision but I'm not, I like the features of Reolink like audio, motion detection and a decent app, siren etc but night vision sucks and is no good for crime prevention.

Thanks.
