Hello, my technician installed my hikvision system but he activated it on another client's account, how do i activate my own account. Any help will be appreciated.

You will need to contact Hikvision Tech Support and ask them to delete your device from that account.
They will need the 9-digit serial number from your device.

You will then be able to create an account at www.hik-connect.com and add your device to it.
