Hi,

I have fitted a converter box made by hikvision which converts the hd coaxial signal into hdmi, the problem is that it's outputting 60hz FPS, which is no good as the device (Blackmagic intensify shuttle) does not accept 1080p at 60fps, only 1080p 30fps.

Does anyone know of a solution to this? Maybe an hdmi to hdmi converter box which will change from 60 to 30fps Hz?

Or maybe a converter box that will change hd-tvi coaxial into hdmi 1080p 30hz FPS?

I have been looking all over the internet and can't seem to track a solution down

Please please help.

I don't know of a gadget that would change the fps.
I would look at providers such as; CPC, Black Box, MuxLab, Antrica, HD Anywhere.

You could just go with a suitable DVR.
Camera in / HDMI monitor out.

We'd need to have a better understanding of your end-to-end goal to help further.

BTW - Is the Hikvision converter box a network device e.g. you may be able to edit its configuration to provide what you need.

This is the converter box we are using currently

Hikvision, DS-1H33, TVI to HDMI Converter, Turbo HD to HDMI

It's made by hikvision
It's not a network device.
It takes a 1080p 25/30 FPS coaxial signal and outputs 1080p 50/60 FPS or hz

We need one that doesn't up the frame rate on the output.

We want to take the camera output and capture to a pc via the Blackmagic intensity shuttle.

Sorry, it's not a product we are familiar with (as we only sell IP cameras and NVRs).

Perhaps contact your reseller or HikVision Support at support.uk@hikvision.com
