You would have to give more information for anyone to have a chance at helping you. Let us know your make/model number of NVR. What app or software are you using locally and remotely (and version numbers). How are you connecting to your devices - are you using the Hik-Connect service or direct IP method?
Hello i can not acess my nvr remotley using the ivms 4500 APP . Locally i can aces with no issues. I believe that the site is down because i can't acess to Eudev.hik-online.com
I can't view my CCTV online either. We have Hiddns Hikvision. Anybody else has same issue? It stopped working Thursday. Same thing happened two years ago but then it started to work again. I hope thing same will happen now.
