Forgotten NVR pattern password

Hi, cannot log on main screen.
Can't remember default pattern password.
It will not accept my password which I hav on my android.
I need to get to settings on TV screen. Can anybody help please.... Zoltan

If you can't remember the unlock pattern for your NVR then you can click 'forgot password' and log in with the username & password, if you can't remember this either then you can click forgot password again and if you have set them up you can reset the password using email or security question. If you have not set those up or they are not offered to you, then you will have to export .xml password reset file instead which we recommend you do from SADP and not the local monitor.

Do be aware though that we will only perform password resets for our own customers so unless you can provide proof of the NVR being purchased from us (e.g. an order number, email address, name on the original order) we will not be able to perform the reset and you will have to take the reset file to whoever you bought from or directly to Hikvision support.
