I'm running several DS-2CD2085FWD-I cameras (FW V5.5.83 build 190221) in a new building for some days. I'm observing foogy day view problems and don't know at the moment what this caused.

Please see attached pictures - you can also see that the problem gets worse even during the afternoon. Kamera 4, Kamera 8.1 and Kamera 5.
I also have a DS-2CD2685FWD-IZS mounted on the same building looking at another direction - here the pictures is clear without foogy problems (Kamera 8)

I did not change any settings yet on the cameras neither on the NVR.

Does anybody have a clue? The night view is also not good ... it seems to me that the IR lights are reflected by the wall/gate ... this means I have to point the cameras manually.

Any suggestions? Thanks for any feedback.

First suggestion would be to check the camera lenses are clean. We have had similar issues with cameras in industrial areas with lenses getting coated fairly quickly, especially those in wind prone positions.
If the lenses are dirty, the foggy images may be more pronounced in the afternoon as the sunlight becomes more direct.

The cameras need to be manually adjusted to correct the IR issues for sure.

I had similar issue with foggy lens on a DS-2CD2385FWD-I
I dismantled the camera , wiped lens and inserted a silica gel bag inside it (from a box that had a new pair of trainers).
Been fine since.

Thanks for the information. Can you tell me where exactly you put the silica gel bag? I'm not using a dome camera by the way - it is a DS-2CD2085FWD-I and DS-2CD2685FWD-IZS.

By the way: I observed this phenomena by other mounted DS-2CD2085FWD-I. It just took something like a week and the fog is totally gone. Also now on this cameras posted above the view is much clearer.
I installed the camera by using the suitable Hikvision conjunction box. It would be interesting for me where to put with these cameras the silica gel bag. Maybe this would help .... however, it is almost gone at the moment. Please see pics attached for reference. Only Kamera 5 the foggy view keeps in the upper scenery ...
