Floureon - Basic Help

Hi there, I am really out of my depth. I work at a GP surgery that has a Floureon unit with 6 cameras (wired) scattered about.
The KB/s has dropped drastically, and the picture of any of the cameras shows with a red number for a second before turning off again.

The box doesnt have an ethernet cable in, and other than power and mouse, the only things plugged in are yellow (im guessing AV) cables.

What can I do to get this back up to speed? I have been tasked with looking at it But I am really struggling.

Hi, do you have any model numbers please?
Or a photo of the rear of the recorder would help us to confirm NVR/DVR etc.
