Firmware for DS-8664NI-I8

Hi there,

I've just purchased an 64 channel DS-8664NI-I8 for my company and set it up.

I've searched the official hikvision sites (eu, tr and us) for any firmware but it's not listed on their site.

My current firmware version is v4.1.54 build 180621.

After a while found this ftp;

ftp://ftp.hikvisioneurope.com/Technical%20Materials/02%20%20NVR/00%20%20Product%20Firmware/04%20I-series/

Are these firmwares compatible with my product? Any info on that.

Sorry, I can't really say.
It's not a model that I have come across before.
I guess it's not available for the UK market.
It does not feature in Hikvision's IP catalogue for the UK market:

It's probably best if you contact Hikvision Tech Support.

I've contacted them and still waiting a reply.

I guess the model may be specific for Turkish market and I've also seen references in russian market.
