What is the latest firmware for my NVR? Currently running V3.4.96 build 170921

I seem to remember HIKVision stopped updating firmware for the K series? The lack of browser compatibility and growing unreliability is irritating - If I were to switch it to the I series equivalent would it solve this?

The latest firmware for the K2 NVR is v3.4.109

You are correct that Hikvision are not updating the K-series NVRs as frequently and do not plan to bring the browser compatibility updates to the K-series NVR.

The I-series NVRs are gradually getting better support for modern browsers like Chrome & Firefox but Hikvision are being very slow to get a fully functioning solution to the problem, it is likely that there won't be a perfect solution until the day Internet Explorer is discontinued.
