Hi, I have an Ezviz miniplus camera. It was switched off for a short period of time. When switched back on the current days cloud play video clips are not there, only showing the last day which was about four days ago.
I have switched it on and off and reset it and problem still persists. Tried contacting Ezviz who are useless and they do not pick up their contact telephone number.
Can someone point me in the right direction please?
