Exporting Video - exports lots of single files

I am trying to export a 2 hour period, I am fine with the export process but when I get there is separates all the clips out in to 10 second clips rather than the full 2 hours - apparently it's somewhere in the settings but the tech team couldn't help

Are you exporting from the NVR to a USB or attached storage? Are you exporting from Menu>Playback or Menu>Export?
