I have noticed my NVR is rebooting every now and again and searching tru the logs I notice this
CIVIL cloud running status
What is it ?

Your firmware is quite old.
We would strongly recommend taht you update to the latest version:

I've never come across this before.
Your NVR firmware version is a few versions old, maybe update to the latest firmware and let us know if you still experience this problem:
