I don't think we have seen reports of this with door entry camera before.
We do sometimes see it with IP cameras in general.
It can be caused by storing the kit in the warm, then transferring it to the cold outdoors to install it.
And/or, on models where you open the camera at install, damp air getting into the camera module and being trapped when you close and complete the install.
For the former, it usually clears after a couple of days.
For the latter, you may need to bring it indoors and dry it out e.g. leave it in the airing cupboard overnight (open, not sealed, obviously).
