Typical stupid thing. Did a quick test setup of my door phone system, and set a password that I thought was easy enough to remember, so I did not write it down straight away. Of course I forgot it. Is there a way to reset to factory defaults?
As far as I am aware the DS-KV6113 does not support a hard reset button, but you can reset the password using SADP and send the XML password reset file to whoever you purchased your intercom from.

Not with this model as it does not support a physical hard reset button.
After you have had the password reset using XML file this time, you can then set up one of these 4 reset methods so that you can reset the password in the future without contacting the vendor.
