I have a Hikvision DS-KH6320-WTE2(B) video intercom.
I also have Starlink satellite broadband. I have a ubiquity Alien router connected to the Starlink and the intercom is connected to that which is about 6 feet away from it. It just keeps dropping off the network. If I have an outage with Starlink it never reconnects. I have to manually go into WiFi it finds it straight away and connects instantly. Not sure why it won’t reconnect. Happened with our last broadband provider too.
Any way to solve this without a wired connection ?
Also the time on the live feed is 8 hours and 28 mins off so not a time zone issue. I can’t seem to fix that on the screen. I presume I need to connect it to a laptop to do that ?
