DS-7932N-K4 NVR - Change Language or Firmware Update?

Hello! I could use your expertise to help me change the language on this NVR from Chinese to English. Alternatively, if updating the firmware might resolve it, guidance on that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help!

Googling for this model I can't find it anywhere, this combined with the Chinese language makes me think this model was only designed for the Chinese market and will only support Chinese language firmware with no option to change it to English.

Thank you for the quick response. Are there any other options for adding this NVR to a mobile or desktop app for monitoring? Each time I try to add it, I encounter a 'Language Mismatch' error.

If you've already tried adding the NVR to Hik-Connect and iVMS-4200 then there probably are no other options for remote/desktop access.

As the model appears to be Chinese with Chinese firmware it will likely be incompatible with all non-Chinese market Hikvision products & software.
