DS-7716NI-K4 firmware upgrade

Hello, can someone help me?

My problem is, after i upgrade my DS-7716NI-K4 firmware from V.3.4.90 to V.3.492 with BatchTool with wireless connection, it say upgrade complete / finished, but after that, my NVR not working, cant ping, SADPTool cant locate my NVR, and the light on front NVR is not light up. Any solution guys?

Hi, I'm sorry, I can't offer anything. We just never see this type of issue with Western Region hardware and the appropriate firmware.

Try contacting your supplier, they may have a solution.

We would have to return your NVR to HikVision to repair/replace.
