DS-7608HUHI-F2/N POOR IP CAMERA RESULT

Hi.
I have purchase the HIKVISION turbo ds-7608huhi-f2/n model. I am having trouble with the ip camera.
it is working fine with analogue camera. when i connected the hikvision ip camera ds-2cd2355i,
the video is very slow(people are moving very slowly), missing frames, not smooth at all. I tried all the possible setting changing frame, bit rate, resolution, encoding but no joy. and if i connect Dahua HDBW4431R-ZS, same result plus it give me warning of bitrate mismatch. and when i select encoding H.264 in the camera then dvr does not allow me to change any camera video setting and set the the resolution 1280*720.
I have another model DS-7608NI which work perfectly with the same cameras.
Any suggestion or thoughts are much appreciated.

Hi, Adding IP cameras to hybrid DVRs can be problematic, many of the HikVision hybrid DVRs only allow IP cameras up to a maximum of 2MP resolution:

Hi. Thanks for reply. According to hikvision, this model support up to 8MP IP cameras
