DS-2DE4215IW-DE PTZ HCNetSDK.dll[29] and PTZ problem using web controls

I'm having a hard time with a Hikvision DS-2DE4215IW-DE giving me the error HCNetSDK.dll[29] while using iVMS-4200 when I try any PTZ command. I can see the stream, but that's about it. For controls at this time I'm having to use the Web interface and even then when I try to put the cam into another position it keeps coming back to some position that is not predefined at all.

I'm running out of ideas here. Accepting tips.

I have these ports forwarded:

HTTP Port = 80
Server Port = 8000
RTSP Port = 554
HTTPS Port = 443

Firmware is: V5.6.15 build 191211

Update: I found the solution to the positioning problem. Talking to the client he said he changed some config but could not point what it was. Guy activated the Park command with some preset. Almost drove me nuts complaining about it, now it's fixed.
