DS-2AE4215TI-D is this an IP camera?

I have been told that this is an IP camera (want to access from web only, no DVR/NVR). The spec doesn't seem to suggest this is the case - can anyone can confirm.

It is not an IP camera.
DS-2AE4215TI-D 2 MP IR Turbo 4-Inch Speed Dome-Hikvision

Any Hikvision product with the term 'Turbo' is an HD over co-ax analogue camera.

A similar IP PTZ would be:
Hikvision DS-2DE4225IW-DE 2MP 25x PTZ Camera

Thank you Phil, that's what I thought, but had two "professionals" telling me otherwise.
I expect the IP camera will be generally significantly more costly?

You will also need a bracket/mount and POE/PSU.
