Download playback files from HikVision Net DVR

Hi,

I'd like to download the recorded videos from my DVR. However there seem to be a bug in the web interface's javascript, whenever I go to Playback, and chose either a file or date and hit the Download button nothing happens. In the javascript console I see an error. So I thought I could download the files, as it does display the filename in the search results table. Can anyone help me to find out how does the download url look, when sou chose a file and hit download?

and I'd like to download the 1st image: 00000000405006701
then what is the url I can download the image?

Perhaps run internet explorer as administrator

I have mac or linux. Though we 1st tried on a windows machine, and IE worked even less than Chrome...
Besides I don't know how that would fix the bug in the javascript...
