Hello everyone, I have a door station DS-KV8413(C) with firmware 2.2.65. In the door contacts I connected an electric door in NO1/COM and it works perfectly. Then I enabled the second lock and connected two dry contacts, they are without voltage. The strange thing is that if I connect this two cables and turn on all, the indoor stations turn on, but the door station stays off. If I remove the two cables, the door station turns on. The two contact connected in NO2/COM2 are used to close a NO contact to open a sliding gate and therefore they are without voltage. Anyone can help me? Thanks.
