Does DS-2CD4A26FWD-(IZHS)(LZS)/P can read license plate on moving car at night

I want to change camera to DS-2CD4A26FWD-(IZHS)(LZS)/P .
Does Hikvision Model DS-2CD4A26FWD-(IZHS)(LZS)/P can read the license plate on the moving car (Around 3 - 12 mph)
I have installed another camera model for read license plate on day it can read but on night it cannot read
I have example of image and video

This forum post explains how an ANPR camera works - How to set up Hikvision ANPR

As you scroll through the post you will see some screenshots, day & night, of what the numberplate readings look like. As you will see from the night captures using IR, when you have a camera operating as an ANPR camera then that is pretty much its only function and you won't be able to have the camera read plates and see the rest of the scene as the camera's sensor has to become less sensitive to counteract the glare off the plate which also makes everything in the scene much darker.

But as you seem to have quite a lot of background light in your scene you may be able to operate in colour all night and this won't be an issue.
