I'm new for this forum, but I have a problem that Dahua seems not able to solve. I have a XVR5216AN-4KL-X Dahua recorder and 3 IP8MP4K cameras, more other 2MP cameras. The recorder is connected via HDMI with a AOCU2879VF monitor. When I tried to view full screen one of the IP8MP4K cameras on the monitor the screen goes blank and I receive the message "3840x2176 over encode capacity". I have controlled both in channels setup then via web directly on the cameras that the resolution is 3840x2160. The codec is H265. I cannot understand. Has somebody already experienced something similar? Any advice?
