Could I use additional IR lighting for these colorVu cameras?

Could I use an IR additional lighting for these colorVu cameras. Don't want to add extra lighting to the yard at night. whether the infrared light can be seen with their camera or not. What other solutions would there be?

The ColorVu cameras only see/use visible light to create a colour image during day & night, so adding additional IR illuminators would do nothing because the infrared light they emit is not visible to the cameras.

The only way to get better, brighter night images from the ColorVu cameras is to add extra visible lighting like security floodlights.

The only way to get good night images without adding extra visible light is to use an IR camera model like the DS-2CD2346G2-IU 4MP AcuSense Turret that emits its own infrared light to illuminate the scene and capture clear black & white image at night.
