Hello!
I've got an Hikvision camera (DS-2CD2442FWD ) physically rotated by 90° in order to capture a vertical space instead of an horizontal one as i.e. a landscape could be.
I properly setup the rotation into the configuration and I can see the camera into iVMS-4500 software. The only problem is that the iVMS-4500 is compressing the vertical resolution (squeezing the picture on the vertical line) while, if I rotate the smartphone (in landscape position), it expands horizontally the picture producing a big stretch. in both cases, the picture is horrible.
Can the iVMS-4500 app be configured to better manage the "vertical" video that, instead of being 1920x1080 is 1080x1920?
Thanks in advance for the support!
