Configuring Motion detection 2.0 on my DS-9664NI-I8 NVR?

Hello everyone.
I have a Nvr DS-9664NI-I8 with firmware V4.51.006 and I have installed a camera DS-2CD1027G2-LUF with firmware V5.7.11.
I am trying to configure the motion detection 2.0 on the Nvr, to make it work with ivms-4200, but the option to select people or vehicles does not appear.
In the camera's own menu, those options appear and it is activated.
With the camera model DS-2CD2T46G2-2I and firmware V5.7.1 it works without problems and I can select between people or vehicles with ivms-4200.
Has anyone else had these kinds of problems?

You're running out of date firmware on both the NVR and the camera, so I'd start by updating both.

The latest firmware for the NVR is on the below page. As you're on 4.51.006 you would be advised to update first to 4.60.000, then 4.61.000 before finally loading the latest 4.61.025:

Your other camera model is also likely to be out of date.

Hello again.
As a test, I have updated a DS-7732NI-I4(B) recorder model to firmware v.4.61.025 and the DS-2CD1327G2-LUF IP camera to firmware v.5.7.12. In the camera menu, in a simple event, it appears to be able to select between humans and vehicles, but in the NVR menu it still does not appear. I have tried ivms4200 version 3.10.0.6 but it still does not work.
Do you know what could be wrong?

Which browser are you using please, and is the browser up to date?
Do the human and vehicle tickboxes appear on the NVR for the DS-2CD2T46G2-2I, or it is just the Value Series cameras with the problem?
Does accessing it this way help?

Hello Kyle, thanks for responding.
The browser that I using is Firefox 117.0 (64 bits).
For camera model DS-2CD2T46G2-2I, the human and vehicle tickboxes appear on the NVR, but not appear for Value Serie cameras, that is, for models DS-2CD1327G2-LUF and DS-2CD1027G2-LUF not appear.
How as it i said yet, i updated the Nvr and cameras to the last firmwarek, but they still don´t work.
