Change of Router for HIK Camera

Hi All

Just updated to a new Netgear Router and my HIK Camera is visible through the NVR system however it is now no longer connecting to my IVMS-4500 app for remote viewing. It says connects failed.

Any help would be much appreciated

Hi,
Take a look at the list of possible causes at the start of this thread:
Hik-Connect portal error message "No device is found. Make sure that the serial No. is correct and the device is connected properly."
