CCTV system advice please

Hi,

I have a few questions on a domestic CCTV system if anyone can help.

I’m looking for a 4 camera NVR setup but the cable runs are a bit tricky (just decorated and don’t want any cables on show). 3 of the cameras can easily be wired through the attic from the NVR in an upstairs bedroom. The other will be installed just above the garage door which is the other side of the house to the NVR.

is it possible to have a 3 camera wired system and then the 4th camera on WiFi?

also, does the NVR need to be hard wired into my internet router or can that be wireless too? (Router is downstairs and NVR will be upstairs)

just incase that doesn’t make sense.... could I have a system where the NVR is connected to my internet router by WiFi, 3 cameras are wired to the NVR and the last camera is connected by WiFi?

The NVR can be connected to a WIFI bridge or extender that is connected to your router. I have done this in past with a TP link AC1200.

Sorry not sure the cam can be connected this way.
