CCTV Remote Access Help

Hi

I have recently inherited an existing CCTV setup which is connected up fine to 4 cameras. However, I would like to access the footage either locally or remotely using a PC and/or smartphone. I have read numerous threads about port settings and static IP assignment, but nothing seems to work.

I have assigned my DVR a static ip and allowed access through the firewall, the port number is only assignable with values beginning in 54? and I have have no settings to set the http port. Am I missing something? I have attached a screenshot of the network settings of the dvr.

Do you have any more information on the dvr like the model number or a brand? What app are you using?
