Can't unbind my device

Hi, guys i need help i can't unbind my device.

how to unbind my account from hik-connect app, because I trying to unbind but it always show the error. it says that "make sure the dvr and your phone are in the same connection" something like that, but when i check it my dvr and phone are connected to the same router. It's been 2 days of trying to unbind and searching for solution but any solution that i found are not working.

P.s: And i try SADP tool to unbind the device but when i put the username and password it always say "connecting the device failed" please somebody help me.

You will need to contact Hikvision Tech Support in your region to do it for you.
