Cant see 1 camera on mobile

Hi I have 4 hikvision camera 3 show fine on my mobile phone but 1 always just buffers never comes on
I can view it fine on the nvr screen any thoughts

Is the problem camera higher resolution than the others?
What's your uplink speed like from the camera site please?
iPhone or Android?
Is that the Hik-Connect App?

Hi 2 camera are the same 5mp dome this one just buffers all the time on my phone
Not sure on the upload link
And Android
And hik vishion app

Also if you go in to the camera settings to be on my android and close the eye for the camera wait a few seconds then open the eye then the camera will have view but next time you view the camera it just buffers all the time
