Hi folks.
I have installed an Hilook DVR-108G-F1 with four cameras, behind a Huawei E5172s-515 router.
Local access works fine, from the browser and from the Hilook app.
Online access provided by Hilook app (with QR code) works fine.
But I can't get online access to work through browser, which means I can't access the configuration remotely.
I tried UPNP and manual port forwarding. Online port scanner says the custom port I picked is closed (port 80 as well).
In the UPNP section, the shown IP is 0.0.0.0. I already got it to work once, but I don't know what router settings made it work.
I managed to get e-mail alerts working, but can't get the no-ip DDNS feature to work either...
If I open my public IP in my browser, I get a timeout.
If I update my DDNS manually and try to access that, I get to the router homepage, but only if I'm connected to the WiFi. Mobile data returns a timeout.
Opening IP:custom_port returns a timeout too.
Can you help me?
Cheers!
