Hik-Connect Cannot view cameras on my Android mobile phone after app upgrade?

Hello

Hopefully someone can help me please my hik-vision cameras all work perfectly on tv and worked perfectly via mobile app for over six months with no issues.
Hik-vision updated the app on my android phone and now i cannot view as it says device is offline.
The dvr is online and i have not touched any settings on the dvr at all, the latest version of the app is V4 20.1.
This is totally confusing me as i am sure it is a setting on the app that i do not know how to fix. Our property is in a remote location so we monitor it from our office and home.
The dvr settings have not been touched as the issue is not with that.
Looking for some help please.

Can you please confirm the NVR/DVR and camera models you have? Can you also confirm the firmware versions these models are currently running?
