Firmware Cannot update firmware on my Hikvision DS-2CD2086G2-I camera?

Hikvision camera model: DS-2CD2086G2-I
Current firmware: V5.5.131 build 200220
Trying to update to:
Firmware_V5.7.13_230706
Getting the following error when trying to update: "Upgrading failed"
Using Chrome browser to access the camera.
Does not have an NVR connected

Any ideas on how to solve this?

I guess that you're trying to update a G3 platform camera with G5 firmware which won't work. The original AcuSense cameras use different hardware and so you need the G3 firmware for them. The later 'C' revision hardware uses G5 platform firmware. Look at the bottom of the System Settings > Basic Information page (the first page that appears when you click Configuration). At the bottom you'll see 'Firmware Version Property'; that will contain either G3 or G5. Yours will be G3 as 5.5.131 was not available for the G5.
