Cannot set up new Hikvision camera with Internet Explorer browser

Dear all,

I am not able to setup hikvision IP camera on internet browser.

You probably need to download a new copy and right click, run as administrator.

I have tried to run it as admin but it still not working

Download the web components file.
Note where it is saved e.g. Downloads, Docs, wherever
Restart your PC.

Then, BEFORE DOING ANYTHING ELSE, access the downloaded file and run it.
Once you have successfully run it you should then be able to access your camera from the IE browser.
