Cannot see one of my 8 cameras - Error Code [302]

I have a new NVR installed DS-7608NI-K2/8P and cannot see one of my cameras.

Like most people on here, I seem to get the same error:

"Connecting to the device Error Code iVMS-4200.exe[302], Camera is disabled and not connected"

These cameras simply plug into the back of the DVR - simples! But doesn't appear to be!
