Can anyone guess my DVR quiz

Hi guys, I purchased a CCTV set up three years ago and after set up, moved away for some time. i left the cctv there and Unfortunately I have returned to help the new owner but I cannot get back into the menus! I've tried all the usual password combos and holding the power button for 30 seconds without success. There is no real description other than on the DVR. There is a model number: XE 1604 ng and that's it. Could anyone help identify my CCTV set, and if so, advise me in a password reset? Thanks in advance.

Struggling to find anything on Google for that model number, how odd.

I know Honeywell have a range of XE NVRs / DVRs, does this ring a bell at all?

Thanks for the reply. I recall very little. An eBay purchase and the eBay supplier promptly died shortly after (ebay-wise) because one of the Caners didn't work and I couldn't get in touch with them. Ultimately the CCTV is badly needed to be up and running as there has been some petty crime to the building. Any help appreciated for this person. Thanks again
