Cameras pixalating

I wonder if somebody can guide me with a possible solution. I have a problem with a Hikvision bullet cam that pixulate. It is a Hikvision hybid nvr 4.0. We used several wireless links. The problematic cameras is installed back to back with a 5 mp dome. The dome has perfect footage but the 2 mp bullet pixalate. Personally I think it is a network problem namely bandwith. Please advise on possible solutions. Regards from South Africa

Perhaps fetch the camera back to the wired network and test that all is OK when it has a short, wired connection.
If all is well with the same camera settings, then it is most likely as you say (network / bandwidth issues).

Maybe you can use better wireless links, or if you have power cables that reach the camera's intended location maybe powerline adapters.
