Camera times reset

I'm trying to modify my hikvision cameras times. But everytime I modify times it resets after 2-3 minutes. What could be the cause of this problem?

No, my cameras are not directly connected to NVR. I have added them manually with IP.

But do you have an NVR?
Are they recorded on an NVR?
Is the time correct on your NVR?
