Camera Still Offline

Hello,

I am facing a weird problem, i have 5 cameras but i can only access 3 of them in the phone app.
In my comptuer the 5 cameras are working, fine

The 3 working cameras are DS-2CD1141-I
the other 2 are DS-2CD1143G0-I

firmware cameras are up to date.

i have tried everything in the past 2 days, still offline

i post the parameters of one working camera and one not working camera.

Both of my cameras are showing as offline using the HikConnect app on iPhone, however I also installed iVMS-4500 Lite and they work perfectly on that app...

Both are showing online when logged in on other interfaces...

Strange as I didn't change any settings in the config - they use the same server?

I deleted the NVR from the HikConnect app and re-added and they started to work again....no idea!!!!

Hello Ordinaryjoe, i just tried that, stil saying to e the device is offline

Different issue than me...

My Hik-Connect is back missing my cameras again even though iVMS4500 Lite is showing them...Hik-Connect seems a crap app ....

Wonder if alert related as I had a good few alerts this morning...maybe they limit access?
