camera choice for coldroom

I have a project to be executed in a cold room and I would like to use HD turbo Hikvision brand.

Please your suggestions will be helpful.

We only offer IP cameras at use-IP Ltd.
Our GoTo, even for this application, would be a turret body style I think.

Thanks for your response, my client's budget can only do analog systems.
But I'll definitely go for the turret.
