Bring up motion event when watching TV

Morning all, my first post, please be gentle.
Is it possible that when watching regular TV any motion event on the Hikvision NVR will interior the TV programme and display what is happening on the NVR via the HDMI that is connected between the NVR and TV?

Its a NVR-108-A/8P Phil

If this doesn't , could you point me in the right direction for Him vision ones that do?
