Blurry area on new cam

Just added an 8mp dome to swap out with my 5mp dome round the front of the property but the new dome seems to be blurry in the upper right quarter of the image and pin sharp everywhere else. Anyone else had this? Could it be a faulty lens?

Also compared to the 5mp cam it's blurry

I have seen a HikVision camera with an out of focus section before.
Nothing you can do except swap the camera.

Look at the wall & plants to the left versus right of the steps:

Ahh yes you can see the plants on the right of the image are sharper than those on the left. Mine is the other way around, fence on the left is nice and sharp and on the right it's blurry..
