Just wondering if anyone can help... been sorting a customer out with there alarm and he as asked if I can have a quick look at cctv which isn’t working... I’ve managed to sort power supply issue out with cameras the only thing now is he doesn’t know the password to access any thing... all

a quick google shows a million ways to reset the system and just wondering which is the best way and if it is possible ??
it’s a 16 channel h.264 nvr model number MN601 ZN the only account on there is the admin account so have tried various obvious passwords... any help would be much appreciated
