Okay what is the best way of logging into HIK-Connect so it can access the NVR? I had to recently reinstall the app on the iPhone and I logged in with an admin account I've created using email address and password. However that seems to make HIK-Connect think I'm logged into another persons shared device.
I also logged in using the QR code from within iVMS (to try and get video downloads working), but that 'device' says it is a local device and I can't access it when not on the home LAN.
What trick am I missing?
